What is Ativo Fitness?
Small group personal training in Middleton, MA. Real coaches, real programs, real results. Sessions stay small so your coach actually knows you -- your name, your history, and what you're working toward.
I haven't worked out in years. Will I feel out of place?
No. Most of our members said the same thing before they walked in. Regular adults with jobs and families -- nobody judging you. The hardest part is the first session. After that, it clicks.
Can I come if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Yes. We program around limitations every day. Tell us what's going on at your free intro, and we'll build accordingly.
What's the two-week trial?
$99. Unlimited sessions. Your own program. Full coaching from day one. If it's not for you, you get your money back. No risk.
Where are you located?
177 North Main Street, Suite 300-4, Middleton, MA -- right on Route 114. Easy to get to from Andover, North Andover, North Reading, Topsfield, and Boxford.
How is Ativo Fitness different from a regular gym?

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Most of our members started after months or years away from the gym. Our coaches meet you where you are and build from there.
What does a session actually look like?
Every session has five parts: mobility, warm-up, power, strength, and conditioning. It's coached start to finish. About an hour. No wandering, no guesswork.
How much does it cost?
Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Pricing depends on how often you train. The best place to start is the two-week trial -- $99, unlimited sessions, full coaching, money back if it's not for you. We'll find the right membership fit from there.
